Myrna Lewis Myrna Lewis is a thought leader and practitioner in transformative leadership. Myrna and her late husband co-founded the Lewis Deep Democracy methodology. She is internationally known and respected for making critical soft skills accessible to individuals, teams, corporates, public sector sector organisations, and educational institutions, enabling them to work more efficiently and effectively. She often facilitates complex issues around racism, sexism, ageism, poverty, and xenophobia globally. Myrna is the recipient of international awards and the author of Inside the No. Myrna continues her life’s passion as CEO of Deep Democracy Pty Ltd, working and consulting locally in Australia and abroad.

Belamie Peddle Belamie Peddle is a Lewis Deep Democracy instructor and practitioner with over ten years of experience helping individuals and teams grow. She thrives on assisting people in discovering how to incorporate and integrate Lewis Deep Democracy into their day-to-day lives, enabling contexts that foster connection, clarity and innovation.
